Unmanned Air Vehicle Engine Vibration Reduction
The Air Force Research Laboratory, Munitions Directorate, at Eglin Air Force Base, is using Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) as test beds for future technologies. This vibration needs to be measured and characterized. Once the characterization is done a solution needs to be implemented to minimize the vibration being transmitted from the engine to the fuselage.
